Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION
It is important to provide atleast 24 hrs notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any fees. Keep in mind that last minute cancellations may result in being charged half the amount of the service without a reschedule.
LATE
It is important for clients to arrive on time and prepared to receive their services. If a client is more than 15 minutes late they will need to reschedule their appointment and a late fee may be applicable for rescheduling.
NO SHOW
It is important to note that if you miss a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a 100% service fee will be charged to your card on file. To avoid this fee, be sure to reschedule or cancel within the 24 hours in advance
